Returning Clients

Clients I have seen at my previous location will need to set up an account in SimplePractice before we can work together again.

I have tried to make this as easy as possible, but because I am in my own practice, everyone will need to fill out consent to counseling forms along with intake, insurance, and payment details.

I know it’s not fun, but I appreciate your willingness to continue to work with me!


  1. Click the button above to request an appointment.

  2. I will respond to requests within 2 business days (unless I am unavailable as noted on the Home page.)

  3. I will either accept your request or send options for other times/days to meet.

  4. You will receive a link to your client portal page where you will update your personal information, fill out forms to begin counseling in the new portal, and enter your insurance (if using) and billing details.

  5. You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If we are meeting online, the link for the video visit will be included in the reminder.

  6. You will receive another reminder 10 minutes before your appointment begins.

  7. Your session will be processed the same day you are seen. If you enter a credit card, you will be set for Auto Pay and payment will be processed between 12am and 2am the evening after your session. (If you would like to opt out of Auto Pay, please reach out to me via messaging in your SimplePractice account.)

  8. Sessions are $130 for self pay. If you are using insurance, please see the Insurance page for more information.

  9. If you would like a regular session weekly or biweekly, please let me know during our session or via messaging.

  10. If you want to schedule sessions as needed, please use the calendar in SimplePractice.


First Telehealth Session

I am using the HIPAA-compliant video component of SimplePractice for telehealth sessions.

Please be sure to read this guide before your appointment so that you are ready at our scheduled time.
