As I am accepted in-network with insurance carriers, I will list them here. I am in the final stages of being accepted by the following companies:

Insurance Verification

I can verify your benefits and consult with you prior to your first session what your estimated out of pocket costs will be. The self pay rate without insurance is $130 per session.

I strongly encourage you to call your insurance company to become familiar with your specific benefits and coverage. If you have a deductible that resets each year, you will be responsible for the balance of the session fee.

Please remember that verification of benefits does not guarantee payment from your insurance company and this is only a quote of benefits. You may temporarily be added to a waitlist while I verify your insurance benefits. I can provide invoices and superbills if requested.

If you are planning to utilize an additional funding option (e.g., HSA, HRA, FSA, etc.), please provide detailed information in your SimplePractice account in the Billing and Insurance section and consult with your employer to guarantee payment for mental health services.  

At this time, I do not accept any other EAP, HMO, Medicaid, nor Medicare plans. Please contact your customer service line that can be found on your insurance card to locate a provider that does.
