For Video Sessions - Reactions on Apple Products

If you use Apple devices for our online sessions, you may notice a thumbs up, fireworks, or other reactions when you move your hands. Fun, but not so fun when we’re in the middle of a sensitive topic!

Here are instructions for how to turn off the reactions so you don’t accidentally set off fireworks while discussing big emotions.

Payment Policies

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the $75 late cancellation fee if your cancellation is less than 24 hours before your appointment.

Any session that is missed without prior communication (NO SHOW) will be subject to a full charge of $130 for the session that will be billed to your credit card and not processed through insurance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

If you are experiencing a life threatening or medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.
